I had an idea that instead of bearings for the fork mount that I would try and use UHMW plastic, the reasoning behind this is that it is unbelievably tough, light, and slippery. I am not worried about the weight but thought this would be a good test bed for this and that I could maybe make replacement parts for bikes cheaper and lighter... Not sure if I could patent this but I think it is a winner product if it works like I figgure it will. Anyhow here I am cutting it on my little Unimat Lathe / mill.
